Brian Pearce MBE
Brian served in the Metropolitan Police Service for 33 years, during which time he was the Chief of Staff for the London Olympics 2012 as a Superintendent developing the operational plan and resource requirement coordinating this across police functions and partner agencies. As Head of Operations at one of London’s inner city boroughs he managed uniform response, CID proactive and reactive units, intelligence and tasking, criminal justice and forensics. Brian has also managed large-scale deployments for response policing, events policing and crime initiatives in one of London’s busiest and largest boroughs.
Brian has a vast amount training experience in; Command and Control, Command structures, Multi-agency integration, Response capability and capacity, Specialist capability and tactics (Firearms, traffic Mounted branch etc), Response tactics, Intelligence, Public Order tactics and Chemical Biological Radiological and Nuclear attack tactics. He also has experience in Risk assessment, Vulnerability assessment, Fencing, Closed Circuit Television, Hostile Vehicle Mitigation, Contingency planning and Event Planning.
