Tracey Warren BSc Hons. FGS
Tracey has 17 years’ experience working in PA Consulting Group and 7 years with the Metropolitan Police Service. In her last role in the MPS as a member of Police Staff she worked on a Major Change Programme aiming to save the service over £30m, with a remit to improve, streamline and consolidate the delivery of Training. Using her experiences from PA she delivered a people and selection work strand for the project which involved defining the ‘in-scope community’, designing a selection process, liaising with union members and communicating with the several thousand people affected across over 55 locations.
Tracey was the Staff Officer to the Deputy Assistant Commissioner (DAC) Territorial Policing a portfolio responsible for supporting 33, 000 officers providing services to over 7 million people. She facilitated communication between the DAC and his portfolio, worked on a number of projects and designed, implemented and managed the authorisation process for police officer business request on his behalf for the MPS.
She was also Staff Officer to the Head of Safer Neighbourhoods, a programme that saw the MPS deploy 6, 500 officers in the implementation of a new approach to neighbourhood policing for London and has been a senior co-ordinator for many MPS Neighbourhood Policing Events.
Whilst in PA Consulting Group Tracey held a variety of roles in Training and Development and as Operations Co-ordinator at PA Consulting Groups Conference Centre in Kent.
Tracey holds a BSc in Geology from Birkbeck, The University of London and is a Fellow of The Geological Society.
